Gajar ki burfi recipe | यकीन नहीं करोगे कि गाजर की बर्फी बनाना इतना आसान है | Carrot sweet dessert

In this blog of today, I'm sharing a recipe to make most popular dessert Gajar ki Burfi (Carrot's Cake). Which is so much delicious and full of vitamins and protein. It get's ready instantly with no much hard work.

You might have had Gajar ki Halwa (Carrot's Pudding) but haven't this Gajar ki Burfi. Believe me this dessert is more delicious than Gajar ki halwa.

Gajar Halwa is so much popular and easily available in all over India in almost every sweet shops. But very few sells Gajar Burfi, as it is so much delicious and easy to make.

So, here I've brought this recipe for you to cook without hard work and prepare easily. It is full of energy and vitamins which nourishes skins and eye. We must eat Carrots every day when it is available in it's season.

Preparation Time: 60 mins
Serving: 20-30 Peoples

Ingredients:

  1. 3 kg Red Carrot
  2. 200 gm Ghee
  3. 1.5 ltr Full Cream Milk
  4. 400 gm Milk Powder
  5. 750 gm Sugar
  6. 40-50 gm Almonds or Pistachio

Method:

  • "Previewing Gajar Burfi (Carrot Pudding)"
  • Take 3 kg of red carrot and fine grate all
  • After that, take a big pan and let it heat
  • Once pan is too hot add 200 gm of Ghee
  • Now spread it all around and wait till it gets hot
  • Then move all grated carrot into pan to fry for 5 minutes on high flame
  • Keep stirring continuously
  • After 5 minutes, add 1.5 liter of full cream milk and mix well
  • Then turn the flame to medium and cook it by stirring until milk dries and carrot properly cooks
  • Now add 400 gm of Milk Powder or 700 gm of Mava
  • Stir to mix thoroughly
  • Then add 750 gm of Sugar and mix this as well
  • Now cook it on medium flame by stirring in between until it dries and becomes almost half in quantity
  • After that turn the flame to low and add 1-2 tsp of Ghee around the pan and mix to prevent sticking
  • When mixture starts separating from pan then it is ready. now turn the flame off and move to next process
  • Take a tray to fill and shape the mixture
  • Grease the tray using melted Ghee or place butter paper instead
  • Spread the mixture in tray evenly
  • Then garnish it with sliced Almonds or Pistachio, press it gently to stick to mixture
  • Then refrigerate it for 2 hours
  • After that take out and cut in many pieces and per your choice and shape
  • That's all, it's is ready to eat and serve
