Jalebi Recipe | Instant & Crispy Jalebi Recipe | सिर्फ १० मिनट में कुरकुरी और रसीली जलेबी

Today, I'm sharing recipe method to make Crispy and Delicious Jalebi at home under 10 minutes. Easy to cook that anyone can really cook at home instant. Sweet shop's like Jalebi now can make anyone at home in no time.

Jalebi is most popular dessert of India. You will find it on every corner, every city in India. And it is most salable sweets in India.

Many peoples takes it in breakfast with puri sabji and it easily available on every street and sweet shops. Many redi walas only sells Jalebi only and earns thousands every month.

Take of Jalebi is so good, it attract every age. Kids to old ages no one escapes from it's shine and smells.

So, let's start cooking Jalebi at home instantly and enjoy this most favorite dessert.


Preparation Time: 10 mins
Serving: 3-4 Peoples

Ingredients:

- 2 cup (400 gm) Sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) Water
- 2 pinch Green Cardamom Powder or 2 nos Crushed Green Cardamom
- 2 pinch/drop Red Food Color
- 1 cup (200 gm) Maida (Fine Flour)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Curd (Sour)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Method:

- First of all, we will make Sugar syrup
- In a pan take 2 cup (400 gm) of Sugar and 1 cup (250 ml) of Water
- Also add 2 pinch of Cardamom Powder and 2 pinch Red Food Color
- Put on low flame and let it boil, until then prepare batter
In a mixing bowl take 1 cup of Maida (Fine Flour), 1 tsp of Baking Powder and 1/2 tsp of Baking - Soda
- Then mix all thoroughly and add 1 tsp of Sour Curd, 2 tbsp of Ghee (Melted) and mix throughly
- Then add little-by-little water as required and prepare thin batter
- Now go back to boiling sugar syrup and check consistency
- Dip a spoon in and check the syrup consistency
- Use two fingers to check stickiness
- Now turn the flame to low and squeeze half Lemon
- "It will prevent syrup to thicken and dry"
- Stir to mix well and turn off the flame and get back to batter
- Take a cone shaped cloth, good plastic or any soft item and fill it by batter
- Close the back properly and hold in a hand
- Cut the tip to make a small hole if not present before
Now check the temperature of pre heating cooking oil and start pouring batter in spiral shape if - il is too hot
- Make as many as can be fit in pan
- Turn the flame to medium and cook it till gets crispier
- Flip it two-three times until gets crispier and turns little yellowish
- After that move all frying Jalebi to sugar syrup and dip properly for 1-2 minutes
- Then take out and fry more Jalebi similarly
- Once all done, sprinkle some sliced Pistachio and enjoy it
