Aaj ke iss video mein mai "Kala Chana ke Bhajia Pakora" banae ki recipe share kar rehi hoon. Aap isse jarur try karein, iska swad aap bahut hi pasand karenge. Kala chana aur pyaj ke saath milkar bana ye pakoda bahut hi swadist hai. Family ke saath iss barshat khaye aur maje uthaen


Today in this I'm sharing "Black Gram Fritters" recipe. You must try this recipe, this is very piquant and tasty which you will surely like. Cooked with black gram and onions makes it too much delicious. Please cook this recipe and enjoy with family this monsoon.

Ingredients:
- 150 gm Overnight Soaked Black Gram (भीगे हुए काले चने)
- 2 Chopped Onions (कटा हुआ प्याज)
- 1/2 Lemon (नींबू)
- 1/2 tsp Celery (अजवायन)
- 4 tbsp Gram Flour (बेसन)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट)
- Cooking Oil (खाना पकाने का तेल)
- Salt to Taste (नमक स्वादअनुसार)
- Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला)
- Some Chopped Mint or Coriander Leaves (कटा हुआ पुदीना या धनिया पत्तियां)


Method:
- Take 150 gm of soaked Black Gram and 2 chopped onions
- First boil black gram
- To boil, let a pan to heat and add 300 ml of water and black gram,
- Then add 1/2 tsp of Salt into water
- Turn the flame to medium and cover the pan
- In few minutes remove the lid and let this boil for 2 more minutes
- Take out a spoon of boiling gram and crush any one to check it is boiled
- Now separate boiled gram into a big bowl from water
- Then add 2 fine chopped onions,
- 4 tsp Gram Flour,
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric, Red Chilli, Coriander Powder and 1/2 tsp Garam Masala,
- Salt to taste,
- 1/2 tsp Celery,
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- And add some chopped Mint or Coriander leaves
- Now mix them all well
- Make sure mixture is neither too dry nor better
- After that take a pan filled with 1 inch deep cooking oil and let this heat
- Once oil is heated, take some mixture in hand and put in preheated oil to fry
- Similarly fry as many pakoras as it can fit in the fry pan
- Turn the flame to medium and fry until gets crispier
- Flip over each one once bottom side fried
- Take out when it fried well to all sides and turns golden
- Similarly fry the rest mixture if left
- Now Sprinkle some chaat masala
- Also squeeze 1/2 lemon over pakoras to make it piquant
